We operate our own premium catering units – from beautifully branded container bars to wooden food cabins and mobile kitchens. This means we maintain full control over quality, presentation and consistency at every event.
Everything Handled In-House
Because we own and run all our catering units ourselves, there’s no outsourcing and no uncertainty. Our experienced team manages every aspect, from food production and bar service to full set-up and pack-down, ensuring a professional service every time.
How We Work With You
PERCENTAGE OF EARNINGS.
We provide the full catering setup and manage everything in-house. Once the event is complete, we pay you a pre-agreed percentage of the revenue generated. This is a low-risk option for venues and works well for seasonal events and festivals.
PRE-PAID RENT.
A straightforward way to work with us. We agree on a fixed rental fee before the event, which we pay to you regardless of how the event performs. We cover all catering operations and expenses including staff, equipment and compliance.
CATERING HIRE:
We can also provide our catering units and bar setups for private hire. This option is ideal for corporate events, reward days, or special occasions where you need a fully self-contained catering solution. We handle all staffing, logistics and compliance on your behalf.
